Five Simple Changes That Have Made Life Easier

Just a few weeks ago we celebrated six months in our new home. On March 14, to be exact. I cannot believe we have lived here for half a year. It’s still so crazy at times to think we moved our little family of four, plus two fur babies, down south in the middle of a pandemic. But did it we did, and are so happy to be in our cozy home and to finally enjoy a bit of a routine. It was a tad hectic there for a bit- with so many changes and so little routine- but over the last few months we’ve found our groove again, and we’ve made a few simple changes that has helped make life just a little bit easier these days.

Homemade Frozé + A Grayson Giveaway

If you’ve been following along on Instagram, you probably know by now that I have become quite the fan of frozé since moving down south. I stumbled upon the Co-op on Isle of Palm late last year, and instantly fell for their their daily frozé selections and delicious salads and sandwiches. Chicken Soup With All the Shortcuts

This past weekend was the lazy, cozy kind. And it was just what we all needed. It feels like we have been going nonstop the last few months- you know, moving during a pandemic, starting Kindergarten, holidays etc- so the Matkovics were in the market for a little reset.
So we stayed in our cozies for most of the day, and I threw together a yummy, but SUPER simple, homemade chicken soup.
And so many of you requested the recipe, so here it is…
