Homemade Frozé + A Grayson Giveaway

If you’ve been following along on Instagram, you probably know by now that I have become quite the fan of frozé since moving down south. I stumbled upon the Co-op on Isle of Palm late last year, and instantly fell for their their daily frozé selections and delicious salads and sandwiches. Every time I post about my frozé fix I get dozens of messages asking where one can find such a treasure. And while I always direct my southern friends to my local spot, I sadly, don’t have any recommendations for my friends up north.

So when I teamed up with Claire from Home With the Wileys and Grayson to present to you a spring cocktail to accompany our button down giveaway on Instagram, I knew I wanted to try out a homemade frozé drink.

Homemade Frozé

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of rosé
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Pour bottle of wine into a 13x9 pan and freeze until almost solid, for about 6 hours
  2. Once wine is frozen, combine rosé, honey, strawberries, lemon juice and water into a blender

  3. Blend until smooth

  4. Serve and garnish with mint and enjoy!
