Happy Friday!

Happy Friday! It’s the last day of school here in South Carolina, and we are ready for summer! I’m having some mixed emotions about the start of this next chapter, as we’ve all come to thrive on our little routine.

Friday! We made it. It’s been a busy one over here at the Matkovic house with so many fun things coming up that I can’t wait to share. Aside from work, we are finishing up the room refresh of my office with Taylor from Home Taylored- just waiting on a few items to arrive and for the walls to be painted. I can’t wait to show you the color and finish we chose.

The second installment of my Charleston Black Book series is coming atcha from my newly upgraded office.

By popular demand, I finally sat down and compiled a list of my local favorite restaurants down here in Charleston. I’m confident this will forever be a work in progress- the options here are endless and I have struggled to find a bad meal in our new city.
