Warm Brussels Sprout Salad
Good Morning and Happy February! I hope everyone enjoyed the Super Bowl yesterday- and filled up on all the football foods!
I’m super excited to be a part of a recipe link up with some of my very favorite blogger friends today. This morning we’re all sharing one of our favorite go-to recipes, and tonight we’ll be announcing a super fun giveaway at 8pm EST on Instagram- so be sure to stay tuned!
For my recipe, I’m sharing this Warm Brussels Sprouts salad. This one is a fan favorite in our home- it gets even Phil to eat his greens! It’s SO simple to whip up on a weeknight, and is equal parts tasty and nutritious. We love to add crispy bacon to the mix, but you could just as easily skip this part- or add some pancetta if you want to get extra fancy. We always have hard boiled eggs on hand- make them at the beginning of the week to add to salads or grab as a snack on-the-go {check out my never-fail technique for hardboiled eggs here}.
Scroll down for my full recipe. And be sure to check out a few other weeknight meals from me friends below…

If you’ve followed along for a while you know we are a Sunday football kind of family, and that most of the festivities revolve around the foods. Typically, you can find us competing with charcuterie boards or getting down with some famous turkey chili .
