Because you know I’m all about simple, delicious recipes that make it look like you’re a whiz in the kitchen, I just had to share this recipe a few days early.

This Stewed Berry Parfait from my friend All Good Eats is quite possibly my new favorite breakfast. It took under five minutes to put together, and was equal parts yummy, beautiful and nutritious.

The thought of stewing berries intimated me at first, but I promise it was super easy and were so delish. Nathalie’s recipe calls for Anita’s Coconut yogurt, which I had never tried before, but totally blew my mind. And for granola, I added my favorite from Purely Elizabeth- but you can use whatever you have on hand.
