Another easy + healthy recipe coming your way this chilly Monday morning!

Last week I shared my morning in the kitchen with my Nathalie- and y’all went crazy over her kid-friendly smoothie. As a busy mom, there’s really nothing better than a healthy recipe that’s also yummy and easy to make.

So many of Nathalie’s recipes fit this bill, like this super simple gluten-free recipe. Maddie and I whipped them up early one morning last week, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were. I’m not big into meal planning, but these were the perfect snack to make ahead and keep in the fridge to enjoy throughout the week. And they also solve the problem of what to do with all those mushy bananas.
