In the end, I gave in; and we opted for a glossy light yellow over the floral prints I was so drawn to. And I have to say, I think he was right.

The mornings are crisp, with a slight bite in the air, but the temperatures still inch their way up by the end of the day. Alas, I embrace those bundled up moments in the early hours, and I’ve started to bring out a bit of fall decor here and there.
