Little Lounger

Thank you, DockATot for supporting this post. As always, all opinions are 100% my own. Promise.

If you followed along way-back-when, then you know that it was a struggle finding a sleep situation that worked for us when we first brought our little girl home. Being that she was an itty bitty little thing, the thought of her in another room in a big {albeit comfy} crib made me cringe a little.

I just wasn't ready to be that far away.

Truth be told, all I wanted to do was sleep with her, but none of the co-sleepers we tried at the time worked for us. Some days it felt like she'd never sleep without us holding her. But, eventually, we found our groove; and many, many {many} months later our girl finally made it into her own room. In her own cozy crib.

Trying as it was, I don't regret those first growing pains. I spent countless sleepless nights holding her; watching her sleep; memorizing her face as a newborn, knowing that it wouldn't last long. And as precious as that time was, it was also exhausting. And I sure would have loved to have found a solution just a bit quicker.

It's become her own little nook- perfect for cozying up for her favorite stories. or for relaxing during screen time. And although it may be a while before she transitions into her {gulp} big-girl bed; the Grand makes for a great way to transition to a toddler bed when the time comes.

DockATot™ loungers are handmade in Europe from breathable, all-natural 100% cotton. For more information on design and safety click {here} and for $10 off your order, be sure to follow the link below.
