8 Baby Products I've Actually Been Using

A few months ago I shared my complete baby registry here. Comprehensive as it was, you never really know what’s going to work for your baby until she gets here- I think we tried about six sleepers before finding one that worked for MM. Luckily, this time around didn’t require as much trial and error. And almost eight weeks in, we’ve pinpointed our tried and true baby products. Some we used with MM, and some are brand new {to us}.

Here are 8 baby products we’ve been loving lately:

Aquaphor

Our Lila girl’s skin is a bit more sensitive than MM’s was- and our little tube of Aquaphor has been working overtime. I tried a few different creams, but the Aquaphor is the one that worked best for her slight diaper rash; and it’s been great for her dry skin and any irritation.

DockATot

We picked up our DockATot on day two home with Lila, and it has been a life saver. It’s perfect for naps, and will be great for travel with the babe.

Halo Sleep Sack

I used these sleep sacks with MM and they’re still doing the trick. My girls like their arms out of the swaddle, but I like that they’re cozy and warm in these little sacks at night.

Bibs Natural Rubber Pacifiers

I found these on Amazon before the baby arrived and bought them in a variety of neutral colors. I love that they’re natural; and that they are more appealing to the eye than some other pacifiers. And while Lila isn’t the biggest pacifier fan, this brand seems to be the one she likes the best so far.

Halo Bassinet

I chose this bassinet as an alternative to the Rock n Play sleeper that MM used. I was worried Lila wouldn’t like it as much, seeing as it’s a super flat surface and doesn’t really hug the body the way the Rock n Play did. But I felt better with this bassinet in terms of safety. It’s right next to our bed, and so far it’s been great.

Nuna Leaf Grow Baby Seat

This baby seat currently lives in our family room, and has been great for daytime naps or when mom needs both her hands for a few minutes. Lila loves sitting in there; and, in terms of baby seats, it’s not bad to look at.

Nanit Plus Baby Monitor

Love, love this monitor. The birds eye view is amazing, and the features it provides are great- tracking sleep throughout the day and night and providing reports via the app.

Skip Hop Moby Smart Sling Tub

Love this little tub that we’ve been using both inside the bath and over the sink. It has three different settings to grow with your baby, so we will get a lot of use out of it; and it’s super easy to store.
