Splish-Splash
It's been a scorcher here in New England. The past few days reaching close to a humid 100 degrees. And as much as this mama wants to stay indoors with the AC cranked, cozied up with a comfy blanket, my MM has different plans. Our chickadee, who recently turned two over the weekend, lives for being outdoors. And it breaks my heart to keep her all cooped up inside.
So on days when MM wakes up early- and I mean EARLY- we head to the beach before that Connecticut summer sun gets too hot. And late afternoons have been spent playing in our recently acquired water table, or prancing through our toy sprinkler, thats kind enough to shower our backyard with cool beads of water.
Needless to say, a lot of our summertime is spent in swimwear- making us somewhat-experts on the subject.
