Toddler Room Mini Tour
Madeline's room has transformed a few times over the last two and a half years.
If you recall, it started as a neutral nursery {here} and I vowed never to include too much pink or frill. Famous last words. And I'm sure glad I had a change of heart, because in hindsight, that little grey room looks sort of sad.
Some time after MM was born, pink slowly crept in {here}. And was there to stay.
Today, her nursery is fully converted to a toddler room. And it is covered in pink, and frill and all the flowers. So much for neutral. But it suits her; and she's so proud of that super-girly Big Girl Room. Last week we spent part of our Snow Day afternoon playing in Madeline's room, and I took a few pictures of some of our favorite parts.
In terms of bedrooms, it certainly isn't huge. But she loves playing in all it's nooks and crannies; and of course her pretty pink tee pee- which also serves as a little storage unit for all her princess costumes, stuffed animals and dolls.
And while so much of her room has now been transformed, I love all the the sweet trinkets that have been there since the beginning- keepsakes and heirlooms from Mom and Dad.
Scroll through to see some of my favorites:

{Trinkets that live in MM's bookcase: elephant figurines from family travels and a heart-shaped rock from her auntie/godmother}
{A few of my favorite prints in Moroccan-inspired frames}
