Friday Favorites
The first fever-free week we've had in a while, and boy, did it feel good.
Madeline was so happy to get back to school and art class, and mom was more than pleased to get back to our regular routine. It's amazing what I can get done around here during a few hours of preschool and an hour or two of nap time. This week I gathered some finishing touches for an upcoming Valentine's Day brunch I'll be hosting for a few ladies. I've been Pinteresting the heck out of it, and I can't wait to show you all the final details in a few weeks.
This weekend the whole family will be attending a wedding of a close friend, giving mom and dad the perfect excuse for a date night. Formal events are few and far between for me these days, so instead of splurging on a dress I finally tried Rent the Runway, and was very pleasantly surprised with what arrived. I'll be wearing the floral dress above, and I can't wait to let loose for a night in some brand new {to me} threads.
Happy Friday! xx
{Loving these hot pink floral napkins against the black and white details.}
{Another Winc delivery that I'm more than pleased with. Use code MARKETT118 at checkout to receive $25 off your first order here}
{Our hearts have been breaking for the town of Montecito, where I lived for several years post-college and where my mother still owns a home. First the fires, then the mudslides, left so much of it devastated. This Maya Brenner pendant was a gift from my mother, and I just love it.}
{Lunch time view at one of our favorite pizza joints. With a side of vino, too.}
