Cadbury Mini Nest Cupcakes
Happy Spring! The season is officially here- despite the fact that yesterday we woke up to a solid dusting of snow. Sunday will be Madeline's first Easter, and I've had the best time cultivating goodies for her basket. There's just something about a little one that makes all the holidays just a little more exciting.
With a few blank cupcakes left to be decorated over the weekend, I went with an Easter spin- creating little nests filled with out favorite Cadbury Mini Eggs atop simple vanilla frosting. As for the nest itself? That's just some shaved milk chocolate.
December seventh and I've already watched The Santa Clause half a dozen times. I've gone through one Frasier Fir candle. There are a hefty presents wrapped around the tree. And I've baked an embarrassing amount of peppermint treats {this one included.} Anyone with me? Or am I alone on this Island of Misfit Toys?
