31
Oh how time flies. It feels like only yesterday we put on our boogie shoes to celebrate my 30th- only a few weeks after finding out we were expecting our little one. The past year has been filled with so much emotion- some anxiety, exhaustion and growing pains, yes; but all overshadowed by an overwhelming sense of joy + purpose with the arrival of our little girl.
30- you were great; you brought me so much happiness, the love of my life and made me strong and patient, though just a little bit tired.
31- you have big shoes to fill but I can't wait to see what you'll bring.
Here's to the last year, and many more smiles in the year to come...
Just a few weeks ago we celebrated six months in our new home. On March 14, to be exact. I cannot believe we have lived here for half a year. It’s still so crazy at times to think we moved our little family of four, plus two fur babies, down south in the middle of a pandemic. But did it we did, and are so happy to be in our cozy home and to finally enjoy a bit of a routine. It was a tad hectic there for a bit- with so many changes and so little routine- but over the last few months we’ve found our groove again, and we’ve made a few simple changes that has helped make life just a little bit easier these days.
