I've been craving a marriage of mini eggs + baked goods recently- because as soon as February 14th comes and goes, our favorite chocolate eggs hit the shelves, and therefore grace the candy bowls at our humble abode. The smell of a freshly opened bag of Cadbury eggs- combined with the spring-like sunshine and birds chirping- got my creative juices flowing yesterday afternoon. The result: a delish milk + white chocolate chip Cadbury mini egg cookie. Or Mini Egg Chocolate Chip Cookies, for short.
December seventh and I've already watched The Santa Clause half a dozen times. I've gone through one Frasier Fir candle. There are a hefty presents wrapped around the tree. And I've baked an embarrassing amount of peppermint treats {this one included.} Anyone with me? Or am I alone on this Island of Misfit Toys?
