Jingle Juice and a Holiday Giveaway

Happy Sunday!

I hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxing weekend and is excited for the fresh week ahead. We took it easy over here at the Matkovic house - we moved slow, enjoyed the Charleston sunshine, and got a few things done around the house. It was just the speed we needed to refresh before the holidays are officially here.

I did, however, happen to squeeze in some time to whip up a festive take on the champagne cocktail; and I must say, I’m a little impressed with myself.

A few weeks ago, Zafferano America sent me a set of their lovely melting pot tumblers- and I instantly knew I wanted to create a seasonal libation to serve in them. And so my Holly Jolly Jingle Juice was born- a SUPER easy and delicious holiday take on the mimosa. All you need is your favorite champagne or prosecco, some cranberry juice, and a few frozen cranberries and sprigs of rosemary for garnish. So good and the perfect hue to compliment the holidays. I’ll be serving them alongside my new favorite embroidered cocktail napkins from local lady Charleston Cotton- I love this custom monogram she created for us, and basically everything else she touches {see for yourself here}.

Holly Jolly Jingle Juice

Holly Jolly Jingle Juice

Ingredients:

  • Champagne or Prosecco of choice, extra cold
  • Cranberry Juice
  • Rosemary, for garnish
  • Frozen Cranberries, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill glass about half way with champagne
  2. Top with cranberry juice

  3. Garnish with fresh rosemary and cranberries
