Friday Favorites

Happy Friday, kids! It’s been such a great week over here- with lots of birthday celebrations, quality time spent with family and friends, and even a little dinner date at a spot I’ve been dying to try for months. This weekend the plans call for zero plans- just some lazy days by the fire and a few home-cooked meals. Here’s to a beautiful fall weekend- hope it’s a great one!

Here are a few of my favorites from this week:

One.

The Organization Hack / If you look around my house, it will take three seconds to notice I’m a sucker for a good basket. Ever since we had Maddie, I’ve placed them throughout our house to store her random odds and ends- books, stuffed animals, blankets, etc. I have them in our Family, Living and Play rooms, as well as both the girls’ rooms, and they’re such a time-saver when it comes to tidying up. Plus, they add a nice pop to a room. I’ve linked my favorites here:

two.

The Me-Time / In the months before we found out we were pregnant with our LL, I was spending a lot of time at my favorite infrared sauna, Inner Light. It’s one of my favorite spots to carve out some alone time and decompress- especially during the holidays. I finally booked my first postpartum session since the baby, and I can’t wait to relax and find some zen. They now offer yoga classes, and an array of CBD products- which I also plan to pick up when I’m there. And as a treat for my readers, Inner Light is offering $30 off any service or product when you use the code LILIESLAMBS30.

Three.

The Vegetarian Beauty Line / This week we popped into the Lush store at the new SoNo Collection to play around with some products and learn more about what they had to offer. Maddie had a blast playing with bath bombs, bubble baths and soaps; and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide array of skincare products that are vegan, handmade and eco-friendly. They have an amazing assortment of holiday gift packs and goodies- and their holiday packaging is all recycled and recyclable.

four.

The Gluten-Free Restaurant / I finally snuck out for a bite at the new Little Beet Table on the Avenue- and it was so worth the wait. The decor is adorable- palm leaf wallpaper and neon pink signs- and the 100% gluten free menu is delish. The guacamole was perfection and the cocktails divine- the Fennel Margarita and Dill Vesper Martini were both five stars in my book. It’s a great spot for a date night or girls’ night out.

five.

The Cookbook / After dinner at Little Beet Table, my girlfriend and I popped into the Asha Penthouse to meet chef and recipe creator SerenaWolf, and check out her newest cookbook, The Dude Diet Dinnertime. This gorgeous cookbook shares Wolf’s take on what she calls “dude food”- with 125 super easy “clean-ish'“ recipes to please the whole family. We’ll be trying a few out this weekend for sure.
