Prudence

This past weekend we celebrated my littlest sister and her engagement to her long time love. If you follow along on Instagram, then you already know we were on a boat. And it was lots and lots of fun.

Its been a while since there's been a wedding to celebrate in the family- and while they've been engaged a few months now, there was something about everyone coming together to celebrate that made it so real. And it brought out all the feels.

This bride-to-be is nearly ten years my junior. Growing up, I took such pride in her being my baby. I would rock her to sleep so my mama could get some rest; I was fiercely protective of her; she made me want to have my own some day; and the bond I have with both her and my other siblings motivates me to give our MM a brother or sister some day soon.

And now that little girl I rocked to sleep when I was only ten is all grown up. And she's getting married. And she's smart, and funny, and wise and chic as hell. And I just couldn't be prouder.

So this weekend we all boarded the Prudence at the Delamar Harbour to eat, drink and be merry in honor of our girl. The night was incredible- with a stunning sunset to boot. Making me super excited for their big day ahead.

Here are a few snaps from our time on Prudence. Find information on private charters here.
